As part of your FALL Conference 2025 experience, the U.S. Women's Health Alliance will provide a two-night hotel accommodation at no cost to eligible OB/GYN Residents to attend the conference. Spots are limited, so register soon!

Travel Information

1. Colorado Springs Airport (COS) | 11.5 mi from The Broadmoor | 19-minute drive

2. Denver International Airport (DEN) | 75 mi from The Broadmoor | 90-minute drive

Arrival & Departure:

The conference kicks off on Thursday, September 4th. Conference check-in is open from 3:00 to 7:30 p.m. ET. It will be followed by a networking cocktail event at 5:30 p.m. and a dinner at 7:00 p.m. The conference will adjourn on Saturday, September 6th, at noon.

Transportation & Parking:

The Broadmoor partners with the Gray Line to offer Shuttle Transportation, as well as Private Sedans and SUVs to/from the Colorado Springs Airport. Only Private Sedan and SUV service is available to and from the Denver International Airport. Reservations are required.

The U.S. Women's Health Alliance will reimburse all eligible Resident attendees up to $1,000 in transportation costs (i.e., airfare, ground transportation, etc.)

Eligibility Terms & Conditions

To qualify for complimentary attendance at the USWHA Fall Conference 2025, OBGYN medical residents must meet the following eligibility criteria and agree to the terms outlined below:

Eligibility Requirements:

1. Residency Status:

  1. Must be a current, designated OBGYN resident enrolled in an accredited residency program at the time of the conference.
  2. Proof of residency status (e.g., a letter from the residency program director) may be required upon registration.

Covered Expenses:

1. Hotel Accommodations:

  1. A complimentary stay of up to two nights at the designated conference hotel will be provided.
  2. Hotel accommodations are based on standard room rates and will be arranged by USWHA.

2. Event Registration:

  1. Conference registration fees will be waived for all eligible OBGYN medical residents.

3. Transportation Reimbursement:

  1. Up to $1,000 in transportation costs will be reimbursed, which may include airfare, ground transportation and parking fees.
  2. All reimbursement requests must be submitted with itemized, valid receipts within 30 days following the conclusion of the conference
  3. Reimbursement will be processed within 60 days of receiving proper documentation.

Additional Terms:

  1. Residents are responsible for any additional hotel nights, meals outside of conference-provided events, incidentals, or personal expenses.
  2. Participation is non-transferable and subject to availability.
  3. USWHA reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms and conditions at its discretion.
